Wirral Working 4 Health (WW4H) is a community based programme for people with a health condition who want to get back into work, education or training.
Help is given through individual support and signposting to the relevant services.
WW4H works in partnership with Wirral Borough Council, Job Centre Plus and Surestart to provide this FREE service.
We have up to eight case managers working across Wirral with health action teams, community groups, children’s centres and drug and alcohol services.
